Run-of-the-mill (episode 4)

After a cliffhanger leaves the audience to wonder about Jeremy's fate in the competition, Jeremy was told by Chef Ramsay to stay back. Jeremy was advised to be more vocal and step up his game in the competition.

The team challenge would see one member from the red team and blue team, represented to run the a mini marathon for an obesity awareness campaign. This special marathon was called "HK3K". The way in which this challenge works, is when the volunteer from each team has reached checkpoints, the team will receive a confirmation from the runner that he/she has completed the checkpoint through webcam. The blue team gets off to an early start for their team challenge as Dan(representative from the blue team) finishes the race earlier than his competitor Mary.
